Gentle Yoga with a PT

Wednesdays at 12:00 pm bellingham yoga collective
This is a mindful, alignment-based class that moves gently through yoga poses. A practice designed to be accessible to beginners as well as more experienced students. Modifications are offered to enhance individual expression and experience. Students are invited to move at their own pace to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, flexibility and strength. This class will offer the opportunity for students to find a place of balance and peace. Pranayama (breathe practice) and brief meditation often included. All levels welcome.
